I don’t know about you, but I get very tired of the same-old “stationary lunges,” so I create new exercises, like “tango lunges” or create novel exercise sequences that recruit different muscle groups so that you are always progressing. You will never be bored in a class and you will always be challenged - that’s a guarantee!
